What is Alegria Hills?

When can we start building our house?
The lot owners can start building their houses as soon as land development is completed, targeted to be 24 months from start of construction. A rebate of P200k each will be granted for the first 10 houses (or a total of P2million). A house in Alegria should be at least P4 million.

How high could our house go?
